Depending on the products ordered you may receive one or more invoices from either company. This does not affect your statutory rights. PaymentOnce you have placed an order we will send a confirmation order form via email and request payment before dispatch. We accept payment via Sage Pay, BACs or bank transfer (please contact us for bank information). If payment is delayed by Sage Pay or your bank we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. Unfortunately we are unable to process any orders if you have not registered with us. You will be invoiced either by Geoquip Water Solutions Ltd or Hydrodif Products Ltd. Our Delivery PromiseWe aim to process and despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, stock permitting. All deliveries will need to be signed for. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days (delivery within the UK), we will inform you and advise you of an expected delivery date. Whilst we use a Next Day Courier Service we cannot guarantee a next day delivery at the present time. Delivery ChargesPlease note the delivery charges detailed below exclude VAT. Parcel consignments above 100kg - price on application Delivery options are shown on our checkout page. Please ensure you select the correct shipping method for your delivery location. If an incorrect method is selected, the correct charge will be assigned to your order.Order before 2:00pm for your order to be processed for next day delivery (orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, excl bank holidays) Subject to goods being in stock. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. ANY ORDERS WHERE STOCK IS REQUIRED URGENTLY, PLEASE CALL US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER TO DISCUSS IF STOCK IS AVAILABLE. Royal mail 2nd class delivery: Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 10 days (above 50mm fittings not inc). This is a untracked service. Carriage Notice! Due to current congestion in all freight and courier networks we cannot guarantee any of your chosen delivery methods at the present time. Whilst our carrier partners do their best to fulfil service requests this cannot be guaranteed at the moment, as a result no credit is available for missed services. Should there be any damaged or missing packages it is important that any missing or damaged parcels are documented. Please do not just sign the paperwork without checking, it's your responsibility to check.
Without this being logged on the driver's paperwork we are unable to offer a replacement or credit for missing and damaged items. Please ensure that you select the correct country destination from the drop down menu to match the delivery address that you have entered. If the country selected does not match the entered address, this may affect the time and cost of your shipment. Returns and Exchanges We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.
You have 7 days from the receipt of goods to start this procedure, after this time restocking charges of 25% will apply. No returns will be accepted after 28 days from delivery. Once an order has been despatched it is on its way to you and cannot be cancelled and refusing an order at the point of delivery must not happen as it puts the delivery in a state of limbo without any covering paperwork or return traceability. However once you have received the goods you can return them by following the procedure above. We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
