      Pumping of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) commonly known as AdBlue® or as AUS32®. It is a liquid solution composed of 32,5% of technical urea in distilled or deionized water, non-toxic and non-flammable.

Electric submersible pump for pumping of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) commonly known as AdBlue® or as AUS32®. It is a liquid solution composed of 32,5% of technical urea in distilled or deionized water, non-toxic and non-flammable.

Features

  • Multistage monobloc electric submersible pumps with the hydraulic part located under the electric motor cooled by the pumped liquid.
  • External pump case, motor case and shaft in stainless steel.
  • Impellers and diffusers in stainless steel in the M45 group, in special technopolymer in the LAB group.
  • Viton seals.
  • Threaded delivery port 1” 1/4 from kW 0,75 to Kw 1,1 (LAB group).
  • Threaded delivery port 1” 1/2 from kW 1,5 to Kw 3 (M45 group).
  • Flanged delivery port PN 25 DN 32 UNI 6083/67 from kW 4 to kW 5,5.
  • Electric pumps produced with 5 m of ID 4G1,5 electric cable included. 

Motor 

  • 2 poles asynchronous motor, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm.
  • Class F insulation.
  • IP68 protection.
  • Working voltage: single-phase 230 V, three-phase 400 V.
  • Electric motor cooled by white mineral oil.

Working Conditions

  • The pump can not operate in dry conditions.
  • Pump body submerged for half of its height.
  • Temperature of pumped liquid: min 0 °C – max 45 °C.
  • Frost free location.
  • Vertical operating position (on request special execution for oblique operating position).
  • Maximum immersion depth: 20 m.
  • Maximum number of starts per hour: 20.
